Dataflow~32 Stock and Order Processing will give you complete management and control of your warehousing, order processing and delivery systems.

The multi-warehouse, multi-bin location, batch and serial tracking features of the Stock Ledger suit most sizes of operation. Stock can be allocated to sales orders at the time of raising the order, or automatically allocated at the time of delivery. Combined with back-to-back sales and purchase order functions, the commercial modules can adapt to the majority of scenarios.

The direct link with the Nominal Ledger can give you accurate and up to the minute valuation, using standard or average costing.
The dataflow~32 Kits Module allows kits to be identified, and a bill of materials to be created for each kit. Component parts can also be kits, allowing a bill of materials to be specified to any number of sub-assembly levels.

Dataflow~32 allows two types of stock items - "true" stock items for which stock balances are maintained, and "products" for which no stock balances are maintained. Either type can be identified as a kit.

Works orders can be recorded for the production of a kit detailing all component parts at the highest level, allowing the bill of materials for that kit to be modified whilst there are open works orders. On completion, released Works Orders are recorded as a production batch, either partially or in full. Additional stock issues and product quantities, returns, wastage and rejections can be recorded against the batch. Sales Order lines for true stock items that are a Kit can either be allocated directly from stock, or can generate a Works Order. Sales Order lines for kits that are products can be included on the order in exploded form for each component. In all the dataflow~32 Stock, Purchase and Sales Order Processing Modules encompass all the features required to efficiently and accurately manage simple through to complex stock delivery systems. Management reporting functions offering varying levels of complexity and with a comprehensive range of standard reports provide all the information that most companies require.

Reports can be printed and previewed for any date retrospectively. e.g. Aged debtors and Creditors reports can be reproduced for any date in the past.

The multi-company aspects of the software make consolidation easy for organisations with complex structures of subsidiary companies. The ability to define consolidation "groups" within dataflow~32 means that any mix of companies within the group can be combined. All reports and analysis can be produced in a consolidated format.

Companies with a large reporting requirement, where for example, similar reports are to be produced for many cost centres and then distributed appropriately throughout the organisation, particularly appreciate the Analyzer Module.

The information can be distributed by placing it in a central location, directly emailed to the user or placed on a Website for access across Internet or Intranet.

Management Web Reporter comes with many predefined reports (including graphs, trends and statistics) that will immediately provide valuable information about your business. These can be duplicated and tailored to create you own reports as appropriate for each recipient.

Management Web Reporter will eliminate the time currently spent collating and distributing information, and by delivering only the information required directly to the Windows desktop, dramatically improve the effectiveness of your staff.

Strong multi-currency features in all the modules appeal to companies which trade internationally, particularly where invoices are raised or received in one currency and settled in any number of different currencies. These are handled in dataflow~32 as easily as if only one currency were in use. Full support is given for triangulation when transacting with 'euro zone' currencies.

Multi-base rather than dual-base currency accounting features will enable you to maintain all your accounts in any number of other currencies in addition to your local currency. This technology will allow you to report to a foreign parent in their own currency with ease, whilst at the same time also producing accounts in local currency.

Dataflow's Waste Collection Disposal Management system allows full control and monitoring of regular collections / deliveries. Schedules can be produced on a daily or weekly basis and the efficiency of the collections monitored. Where special arrangements have to be made for the collection of the goods the necessary paperwork can be produced. On completion the collection details are transferred through to the Accounting Ledgers.

This Windows 32-bit integrated Accounts and Costing System incorporates the legislative requirements of the Inland Revenue for Sub Contracting, Contract Sales and Payroll, with hierarchy costing structure from Contracts/Estimates through to Management Accounts. Electronic transfer options are available from both Multisoft Prestige and Multisoft Premier Plus products. The Contract Management System is designed to provide comprehensive costing records for companies involved in any form of contract work. Costs and revenue can be accumulated from the other Dataflow ledgers to automatically generate contract profitability figures and enable comparisons with estimates and valuations of completed work.
